Shipping

Orders are being shipped within 1-3 working days with Registered Mail
and they ALL HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER.
That means that the post officer needs your signature to give you the package and it is nessessary to have fulfilled your full name in your shipping adress as it is written on your ID card.
If you have given wrong recipient's name and the package is received by another person, this is not in the responsibility of my shop.
Also, if your order has been delayed for over 3 months, this have to be announced to me before 4 months pass.
After some months the Postal Services do not keep archives and we can not track the shipment to find it.

IT IS IN THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER TO ANNOUNCE THEIR SHIPMENT PROBLEMS BEFORE THE TRACKING NUMBER OF THEIR ORDER IS EXPIRED.

Some times - especially before Hollidays - packages are somewhat delayed. This is due to the fact that many people send packages around the world these days and Post Offices are overwelmed.
I hope you understand that this is not my responsibility to resolve.

YOU ARE KINDLY REQUESTED TO ASK for your package to YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE 2-3 weeks after purchase. Post offices keep the packages for 15 days and then they return them back to the sender as "Unclaimed".
To prevent the package from returning back, you can contact to the post office on time.

If the package return back to me as "UNCLAIMED" this means that a notice left to your address and you didn't go to get it.

In that case, the buyer will get a refund for the item's cost (minus shipping cost)

If your package is not delivered for about a month or more, and you have already asked for it without a result, please contact me.
I will send a FORMAL WRITTEN REQUEST to the Hellenic Post and in collaboration with your local Post Office they will locate the item even if there is no online tracking information, and they will promote it to your adress.

Even a package have never been lost.
So, you don't have to worry about lost items. All is needed is patience. :-)

Once the package is shipped to the address you've given in your order, it is not my responsibility for returning back due to wrong adress.
In this case the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs. If you need me to ship it again (in the right adress this time) you will be charged with second shipping cost.
